Short version: an enquiry form and nothing else. No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no selling anything to anyone.
Collection
The only thing we ask for
The enquiry forms on this site collect a name, an email address, an optional phone number, your message, and which page you sent it from. That is the complete list. Nothing is collected passively beyond what a web server records to serve a page.
We use it to answer you, and — where you have asked for representation — to pass it to our licensed partner in Ontario. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
This site is operated by the PRPTY Network and handled in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Handling
Retention, sharing and your choices
- How long we keep it
- Enquiries are retained while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask and we will delete yours.
- Who else sees it
- Only our licensed partner in this market, and only when you have asked for representation. If you do not want that, say so in the message and no one outside the editorial team will see it.
- Cookies and analytics
- This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Anything the browser stores is what the page itself needs to work.
- Access, correction, deletion
- Write to info@prpty.ca and ask. We will confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
- Unsubscribing
- Any email we send in reply can be ended by saying so. We do not run a newsletter you have to opt out of.
- Children
- This site is written for adults making property decisions and is not directed at children.
